Sundance Properties owns and operates forty units within the Chico/Durham area. We have houses and townhouses conveniently located near CSUC on W. Sacramento Ave. and W. 1st Ave. These are within walking distance of campus. We also have townhouses away from the college on Humboldt Rd. near Chico Police Department and in Durham.
