**Overview** Assists Supervisor and facilities staff as assigned with facility operations of all owned and leased Catholic Charities properties to ensure resident and staff safety. Performs work functions in a variety of building trade areas, including some custodial duties including room turns. Responsible for on-call duties evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. The Maintenance Technician III will complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation, HVAC and other equipment, systems or structures.
