Description The Youth Sports Coach is responsible for teaching and supervising youth development classes of up to 15 students per class. The Youth Sports Coach reports directly to the Youth Development Director and Youth Program Director. The coach is the primary point-of-contact for students and parents and is expected to deliver excellent customer service. Not only will the coach spend time with new students and parents to orient them to the program, but also greet and converse with all participants before and/or after each class.
