Description Under the direction of the Director of Operations for B&W Chanute, the position is responsible for providing leadership to the Project Managers and for directing and managing the execution of the all equipment contract efforts and developing improvement programs to increase B&W Chanute's competitive position. Develops departmental plans, including business, production and organizational priorities based on the Project Schedule demands. Manages the execution of the B&W Chanute project management team. The team has overall responsibility to manage equipment contracts from order booking through warranty. Note that the team has members at the Chanute, Tulsa and West Point locations. Directs, plans and monitors project management resources for project completion, assessing manpower and material requirements.
