Desired Qualifications: 2 years of construction experience (preferably in civil telecom). Must be experienced in operating heavy machinery (Skid steer, Mini X, Trencher, etc.) Possess the willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions. Mechanical ability and knowledge of hand tools. Must be able to physically perform a variety of tasks including lifting heavy objects and climbing step ladders. Must be able to pass and DOT physical, drug test and background check. This is a traveling position and you must be comfortable being on the road M-F. 75-90% overnight travel throughout the Midwest. Per diem is $150/night when you are 60+ miles from our shop in Shakopee (you may keep whatever per diem you do not spend).
