SUMMARY Therole of the Concierge provides administrative support for the community. This position is responsible for assistingresisting residents and guests, performing clerical duties, coordinating informationflow and completing projects as assigned. This position is considered the"face" of the community; therefore, all tasks are expected to be performed witha customer-centered focus while also seeking opportunities to continuallyimprove core processes.
