About the Connecticut Center for Economic Analysis (CCEA) In operation since 1992, the Connecticut Center for Economic Analysis (CCEA) is an umbrella organization for the Forecasting and Analysis group, The Connecticut Economy: A University of Connecticut Quarterly Review, and the Center for Economic Education.
