The Finance and Accounting Specialist will train to support the region through finance and operations functions, FP&A, and strategic planning. This position works closely with our Centers of Excellence, Client Account Managers, Business Partners, Senior Business Partners, and Team Leaders. How You Will Contribute: Supports monthly finance functions by generating reports and pulling data to monitor monthly activity. Compiles and reviews data and reports for accuracy while ensuring procedure protocols are followed to support month-end and ad hoc finance functions. Assists Business Partners with preparing budgets and forecasts. Corrects erroneous entries to uphold data integrity within our systems. Acts as a liaison between the Center of Excellence (COE) and the Profit Center to help troubleshoot, make corrections, and answer questions.
