Job Description Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The Director of Finance supervises the Finance team, monitors and implements financial processes and internal controls, has oversight of budgetary reporting and decision making and audit and tax preparation. The Director leads the organization’s financial reporting review and analysis of program performance, and ensures the Association meets all Federal funding reporting requirements. The Director’s role is both strategic and tactical.
