We strive to reconnect our clients with estranges family members to mend old wounds before its too late. After one of our residents dies, we write an obituary and post it on our website, hold a community memorial service, and place a name plaque on the memorial wall of our garden. Prospective residents must be referred by a health care professional and have a diagnosis of terminal illness or a serious medical condition that cannot be effectively treated on the streets or in a shelter.
