We use the evidence-based Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) modality as a foundation and overlay that with a variety of treatment modalities, psychoeducation, skills, experiential exercises and recovery concepts. Our end goal is to treat underlying core issues for long-term healing and maximize clients learning and practice of invaluable life skills. Available at Bellaire and Cypress locations, our program includes the following skills modules: and is structured to meet each clients unique needs, which may include working closely with clients family, psychiatrist and/or private therapist.
