Work may be performed collaboratively for multiple disciplines across the continuum of care or for a specific patient population or service area. Responsibilities: 1. Acts as resource and role model in use of evidence based practice. Leads unit/service based clinical practice groups 2. Assists in orientation and placement of nursing students in clinical units. Serves as resource to faculty. Mentors graduate students 3. Assists nursing staff in design and implementation of clinical nursing

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of clinical trials. Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants. Obtain informed consent from study subjects. Maintain accurate and complete study documentation and records. Schedule and conduct study visits and follow-ups. Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP, and regulatory guidelines. Collect, process, and ship biological samples as needed. Report adverse events and assist with IRB submissions. Communicate with sponsors, monitors, and regulatory agencies as required. Responsible for preparing and dispensing the investigational product (IP) according to randomization. Maintains blinding for other staff.
