The Quality Inspector performs inspections utilizing CMM, Vision System, Mechanical hand tools, and visual for dimensional inspections to ensure that all products meet customer specifications and requirements. Essential Duties: Perform inspections of incoming raw material, outside processes, finished product. Perform in-process inspections as required and FAI inspections per AS9102. Maintain inspection and quality records as directed by Manager. Program/Operate CMM utilizing customer information. Program/Operate Vision System utilizing customer information. Requirements Work Environment: Climate Controlled environment. Work tools frequently used - hand measuring devices, CMM, gages. Education: High School or Associates degree desired.
