They clearly invest in maintaining a good workspace, which reflects their respect for the employees and the work we do. The environment is stable, and it is somehow especially inspiring.

There's potential for improvement in training and equipment, but overall, the company performs adequately for its size. Training was straightforward, and my team was very welcoming. Equipment is mostly up-to-date but occasional delays in upgrades. The workplace culture is formal and professional but sometimes lacks flexibility and agility. Management does communicate updates clearly. Every employee contributes, and collaboration is encouraged across all teams. You’re expected to meet targets, and if you do, you’re mostly left alone. There’s no major issue, but no clear standouts either in terms of innovation or engagement.
