Each Tomatina serves up fresh homemade pizza, pasta and salads in a family atmosphere. We pride ourselves on making all of our dough, dressings and sauces from scratch and providing on high quality recipes at a reasonable price for our guests. What we can't make here, such as artisan cured meats and fine cheeses, meets the same high standards we hold for ourselves. To keep our menus fresh and take advantage of seasonal ingredients, we change our menu three times a year. Our chefs work hard to offer our guests great flavors, drawing inspiration from traditional recipes, Mediterranean ingredients and California local produce to present new menus to welcome spring, summer and autumn. We also offer a separate menu for our younger guests aged 10 and under. To accompany our great food, our menus offer a variety of beverage choices. Selections range from fountain sodas, milk and iced tea to our signature strawberry lemonade, draft and bottled beers and a hand picked selection of white and red wines, available by the glass or bottle. We also offer a variety of hot teas, coffee drinks and Italian style fruit sodas. Tomatina has been part of the community since being developed by Chef Michael Chiarello in 1998. After putting in long hard hours at his fine dining restaurant, Tra Vigne in St. Helena, Michael dreamed of a place where family and friends could get together, laugh, relax and enjoy generous helpings of food, wine and fun. Tomatina is that dream. These days, Michael has made his way out of our kitchen and onto fame as a Food Network and Fine Living Chef, has written numerous cookbooks and filmed several cooking series concentrating on entertaining.
