Principle Duties: Manage, transmit & receive, and distribute/notify personnel regarding engineering and quality control documents within SharePoint (document management system). Utilizing online and MS Office processes follow all electronic customer replies / commented documents ensuring they are uploaded, properly notified, and tracked from inception to completion. Provide process support to document management system users on software tools and procedure requirements. Follow Ohmstede document management procedures as established by the VP of Engineering.
