Job Description Job Description We are looking for an experienced brewer to be the new Head Brewer of our Brewery in Inver Grove Heights, MN. The brewery consists of a 20bbl steam brewhouse, six 20 bbl fermentation vessels, and 3 brite tanks. We produce 800-900bbls per year at this location. The qualified candidate will possess 2+ years of experience as a brewer operating a commercial brewing system. Steam boiler operation experience is preferred, but not required. We are a Brewpub in Minnesota - meaning we operate a full-service restaurant and bar on the same premises as the brewery. Inver Grove Brewing is one of two locations operated by this company.
