Trinity Habitat provides a hand up, not a handout. Our partner families invest 250 hours of "sweat equity" on their homes and other Habitat projects, including 25 hours of Homebuyers College. Homes are built with high quality, sustainable materials to reduce future maintenance costs for families and are built to Energy Star® 3.0 standards for energy efficiency. Trinity Habitat is the sole lender for all mortgages, and funds are loaned at zero interest for 20 to 30 years.
