Job Description Paradigm is currently in search of a Manufacturing Manager (SMT) to work onsite for our computer hardware client in Wilsonville, OR. This person will lead the Surface Mount Technology manufacturing team from creation to final assembly. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire SMT manufacturing process, optimizing productivity, and ensuring the highest level of quality, efficiency, and safety. The schedule for this role is Monday-Friday from 6am-3pm PST.
