We are currently hiring for the role of WMS Implementation Design Lead. This role, critical to the successful implementation of our WMS software at our customers' sites, serves as a post-sales technical resource and point of contact for customers through the implementation, training, and deployment processes, and beyond. Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Analyze and understand the supply chain needs of the customer as it relates to picking, kitting, shipping, inventory, cross-docking, and warehousing in general Apply knowledge of hardware and software co-design systems to determine what needs to be added or manipulated for customers who have an existing ERP system Communicate the customization and configuration of the software to internal WMS Developers based on the supply chain needs of the project.
