Job Description Job Description Job Title: Collector I Division/Department: Collections Reports to: Assistant Collections Manager/Director of Collections  Full-time  Non-Exempt Job Summary: Responsible for performing collection activities associated with various delinquent accounts. Provide exceptional member service to members and internal staff at all times.
