Description The Medical Assistant | Radiologic Technologist role provides professional patient care under physician supervision. A Medical Assistant | Radiologic technologist is responsible for performing quality diagnostic imaging in an orthopedic setting. The position delivers a high care volume by ensuring patients are prepared before seeing the physician and accurate documentation is completed. This position is for Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00, and will travel between our North/South offices. Travel to other locations may be required as needed. Requirements Qualifications and Experience High school degree or equivalent required Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Graduate of an accredited Radiologic technologist training program American Registry of Radiologic Technologist registration Licensure and/or certification as required by the State of North Carolina Knowledge of anatomy and physiology necessary to perform procedures including body mechanics and patient movement
