Client is seeking a proactive CAPPS Financials subject matter expert (SME) who is comfortable navigating a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Currently, client is in the post-implementation phase of a recent CAPPS deployment. System end users require hands-on support and process development guidance, as many of them are using CAPPS for the first time. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one operational support to system end users, both at scheduled "office hours"-type sessions and on an ad hoc basis. Provide the necessary technical input to complete a large number and variety of training materials. Review documented process inventory and business process maps to gain a functional understanding of client operations. Assist with updating business process maps to reflect "actual state" operations.
