Job Description Job Description A General Laborer is responsible for conducting various tasks to support other workers in warehouses, construction sites, and factories. They assist other crew members by delivering the materials and equipment necessary to complete projects on time. Job Requirements Ability to follow instructions. Stamina and strength to perform manual labor. Ability to pass background and drug screen. Excellent hand-eye-coordination skills Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks lifting 50+ lbs. Ability to work in hot conditions. Good communication and teamwork skills Experience as a general laborer in the construction industry (for some jobs) Commitment to safety Basic math skill required. PPE provided. This is a Temp to Hire role. Benefits after 30 days once hired.
