Position Responsibilities: Maintain a positive attitude and smile when interacting with guests. Park guest's vehicles in predetermined areas within the parking lot, following all traffic laws. Keep vehicle and/or pedestrian traffic moving as needed to avoid backups. Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return. Resolve customer requests, questions, and complaints with integrity and poise, provide information on parking procedures and/or policies. Open doors and lift, carry, and/or remove items from vehicle as requested by guests. Actively look for ways to assist guests.
