MCI Associate - Culinary Operations Overview: The Midwest Culinary Institute (MCI) at Cincinnati State invites applications for the position of Midwest Culinary Institute-Associate Receiving and Operations. The position is part-time and provides assistance for the Hospitality programs within the Business Division.
