Job Description The Human Resources/Benefits Manager is responsible for all administrative activities related to compensation and benefits, recruitment, professional development, and performance management. They work closely with the finance department on processing benefit and compensation changes, benefit billing, and ensuring compliance requirements are met as well as assist the Senior Vice President, Compliance, Diversity & HR with developing and implementing human resources and benefit initiatives. Required Skills Processing benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations on a regular basis and communicating changes to the Finance team Managing benefit billing and payments, reconciling benefit bills, and communicating with providers, brokers, and the Finance team as needed to resolve billing issues Assisting in researching and resolving any employee issues with payroll as it relates to benefits and leave Working with providers and brokers to resolve issues related to benefit claims
