Job Duties The primary emphasis of the position is to independently perform field forestry tasks, including but not limited to an emphasis in forest inventory in addition to timber sale development, regeneration checks, road projects, GPS locating, GIS and computer data entry and summarization. Work Location All field work will take place on tax-forfeited forest lands within Becker County, MN. The position is based out of the Natural Resources Management Department office in Detroit Lakes, MN. Vehicles for traveling to field locations and all equipment required for data collection will be provided. Special Skills The ability to navigate and work independently on forested lands throughout the county.
