It’s a quiet, uneventful place to work that won’t surprise you—positively or negatively. I’ve had several opportunities to take on new projects and develop professionally. Truly a pleasure to engage with for both long- and short-term projects. Management is polite but distant.

Procedures are mostly followed, though updates can be delayed. Benefits are good, especially healthcare and time off. Creative and inclusive strategies. Support is not consistent, although sometimes it take time. Still, the team works hard and remains committed to their roles. I appreciate the job security and benefits, though salaries remain average.
