Creative freedom and respect. My experience here has been mixed. It’s a good place for structured roles, though some may find it lacks fast-paced innovation or excitement. The pace of work is energetic and exciting, but never overwhelming.
Projects are engaging and impactful, offering exposure to high-profile clients and complex challenges. The flexible work arrangements and competitive compensation are added bonuses. Their expertise has significantly improved our operational efficiency. The opportunities for advancement are real,...
What I love most is the emphasis on open communication. It's clear this isn't just lip service - real progress is being made. Some teams were very prompt while others took longer. It’s an environment where people can grow and feel supported. Hiring and promotion practices are designed to eliminate bias, and unconscious bias training is mandatory for all managers.
