The Cadillac Products Automotive Company (CPAC)pPlant in Rogers City needs an HR Manager to join the team this year! This specific plant has about 70 employees (50 production + 20 office staff) working across 3 shifts, 5 days/week in our 80,000 sq ft facility. The schedule for this role will be about 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This is a full-time, salaried W2 position that qualifies for our full benefits. The CPAC main office is located in Troy, MI, but this role will be working onsite at the Rogers City facility. This role reports directly to the Plant Manager of the Rogers City plant. Description Summary of Duties: Provide a variety of office and field activities to manage and monitor transitional housing and rapid rehousing to clients as an alternative to unsheltered homelessness. The YHDP program is designed to engage with young adults ages 18-24 who have experienced homelessness to provide temporary transitional housing with support services while locating permanent housing. Work involves aligning and providing housing search and supportive services to promote participant self sufficiency, integration into the community and maintaining permanent housing. Position is also responsible for educating potential landlords, the public, and community partners on programs offered by the agency and the impact they have while building support and political will for ending homelessness.
