WHAT YOU WILL DO Maintain and Grow a Healthy Church Evaluate trends and build strategies to improve the health and growth of the campus. This includes reaching the unchurched/dechurched, salvations, baptisms, church membership, spiritual maturity, ministry involvement, mission involvement, small groups, discipleship classes, and all other key areas of church health. For the growth of the congregation, the Campus Pastor (CP) functions as the vision caster for the campus. Each Saddleback campus shares the same macro-vision, core ministry models, signature ministries, branding, doctrine, and video teaching; however, each campus has a responsibility to reach and have a vision for its community. Shepherd the Flock Care for the congregation by providing counseling, prayer, hospital visits, serving communion, performing baptisms, weddings, and funerals, serving as Minister of the Day, and an all-around pastoral presence at weekend services and special events.
