One property is a primary residence for a couple and the other property is a guest home which was newly constructed. This role ensures the properties are well-maintained with daily, weekly and seasonal tasks, in addition to running light errands for the owners. This role works closely with vendors, contractors, and staff to address maintenance and repair needs.
