Overview: The Institutional Affiliations & Credentialing Specialist Specialist reports directly to: Senior Administrative Director Associate Dean of Clinical Education Assistant Dean of Clinical Education He/she is required to work with significant oversite by department leadership and senior coordinators; demonstrates resourcefulness and interest in learning all the aspects of the position, begins to develop problem-solving skills in applying basic knowledge of the responsibilities and functions; expected to follow any requirements regarding work and attendance as established by university rules, department policies, and procedures. Work involves learning multiple software platforms, understanding the regulatory framework, early planning/ organizing, entry-level administrative duties, and data-entry input, and collaborating with other student coordinators on the team on all-staff projects. POSITION OVERVIEW Salary range: Salary will be commensurate with experience. The posted UC academic salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment.
