Responsibilities:. Initial point of contact for all requests for consultants from the sales team, management, and engagement managers. Creation and management of projects (via signed Statement of Work/Contracts) in NetSuite/OpenAir, including booking resources, setting up project tasks, billing rules, etc. Review/approve employee timesheets with special attention to those on service projects to ensure accuracy.
