Overview. The Business Development Specialist works in collaboration with the staff of the Business Development & Partnerships (BD&P) unit, Cost Proposal Unit, Human Resource, Technical Units, and countries to ensure the successful completion and responsiveness of MSH’s solicited and unsolicited opportunities, coordinates the development of proposals, is responsible for a number of proposal deliverables, and ensures submission of the proposal. Overview. Provide technical support to MSH home office and MSH projects in DHIS2 and in information management systems. Contribute to the performance of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems, especially by making data available for sound decision making. Participate in the development of required capacities within MSH to generate and manage data through DREAM@MSH (MSH’s DHIS2-based system) and other information management systems.
