Researches strategic alliance or partnership opportunities that facilitate mutual business objectives, gain efficiencies, expand market reach, or enhance the company’s product or service offerings. Conducts analyses and due diligence processes to support the negotiation, development, and preparation of formal agreements with new partners. Coordinates plans and strategies with new alliances, communicating partnership activities throughout the organization and maintaining collaboration with partner stakeholders. Collects data and prepares analysis of partnership performance, sales, and other metrics to evaluate returns, ensure alignment, and recommend adjustments to strategy.
