Requirements and Responsibilities

Accounting Services Specialist II is responsible for providing general accounting services to clients. Handles a wide range of accounting functions including day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes including but not limited to A/P, A/R, payroll, journal entries, and bank reconciliation. Being an Accounting Services Specialist II maintains client's financial records and ensures that financial transactions are properly recorded. Ensures compliance with all applicable regulations and industry standards. Additionally, Accounting Services Specialist II typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Accounting Services Specialist II occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be an Accounting Services Specialist II typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
