Requirements and Responsibilities

Advertising Coordinator is responsible for the creation and delivery of advertising of company products through various sources of media (internet, print, broadcast). Analyzes customer requirements, develops messaging architecture and competitive positioning, specifies vehicles/projects, secures resources, communicates project development and drives creative development processes. Being an Advertising Coordinator works with both internal and external resources to ensure the timely delivery of projects. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Advertising Coordinator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Advertising Coordinator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. To be an Advertising Coordinator typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience.
