Requirements and Responsibilities

Annuities Licensed Sales Associate sells annuity products and services to individuals, financial advisors, or institutional clients by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable financial solutions. Explains annuity product features, benefits, risks, fees, payout options, and tax implications in accordance with regulatory and compliance standards. Being an Annuities Licensed Sales Associate develops and maintains relationships with clients, agents, brokers, and distribution partners to support business growth and customer retention. Prepares sales proposals, completes applications, and coordinates with underwriting, operations, and compliance teams to facilitate accurate and timely processing of annuity transactions. Additionally, Annuities Licensed Sales Associate monitors market trends, competitor offerings, and product performance to identify sales opportunities and support strategic initiatives. Maintains detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and suitability documentation in compliance with insurance and securities regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Requires Passing of FINRA SIE Exam. Typically reports to a manager. The Annuities Licensed Sales Associate work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. To be an Annuities Licensed Sales Associate typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.
