Requirements and Responsibilities

Branch Support Representative is responsible for providing internal customer service to bank branch employees. Serves as the point of contact to guide and assist branch staff with product information, operational policies, and transaction processes. Being a Branch Support Representative responds to questions and resolves cases by researching bank procedures and/or regulatory governance. Escalates issues internally as necessary. Additionally, Branch Support Representative completes call tracking and supporting documentation associated with each case. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Branch Support Representative works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. To be a Branch Support Representative typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.
