Requirements and Responsibilities

Business Intelligence Architect III is responsible for the structural design and development of enterprise-wide business intelligence tools, systems, and applications. Evaluates data flows and structures to determine optimal business intelligence tools, ensuring adaptability to existing systems and scalability for future needs. Being a Business Intelligence Architect III monitors system performance and conducts routine testing to identify bottlenecks, resolve technical issues, and adapt architecture to new business needs or data pipelines. Documents architectural design, configurations, processes, and issues to guide future maintenance and development. Additionally, Business Intelligence Architect III defines data collection, storage, and retrieval methods that ensure performance, security, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Business Intelligence Architect III work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. To be a Business Intelligence Architect III typically requires 4-7 years of related experience.
