Requirements and Responsibilities

Business Process Specialist, Sr. researches, analyzes, and recommends improvements to an organization's business processes in order to improve overall organization performance. Studies operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Being a Business Process Specialist, Sr. develops project plans, communicates changes and may provide training to impacted business units. Leads larger and more complex projects. Additionally, Business Process Specialist, Sr. requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Business Process Specialist, Sr. works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge.
