Catering Senior Manager oversees all of the catering operations including booking, selecting, and pricing menu items, and acquiring and renting equipment. Monitors the preparation and service of food and refreshments. Being a Catering Senior Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget.
