Requirements and Responsibilities

Clinical Outcomes Analyst I is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting healthcare data to assess patient outcomes and improve clinical performance. Analyzes claims along with member, provider, and financial data. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst I develops reports and analytical models to track utilization, costs, and quality measures. Identifies trends, evaluates treatment effectiveness, and develops data-driven recommendations for enhancing patient care and clinical outcomes. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst I provides findings to internal teams to optimize plan design, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support initiatives that improve plan efficiency. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst I work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.
