Requirements and Responsibilities

Clinical Outcomes Analytics Director directs and oversees the collection, analysis, and interpretation of healthcare data to assess patient outcomes and improve clinical performance. Develops reports and analytical models to track utilization, costs, and quality measures. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analytics Director identifies trends, evaluates treatment effectiveness, and develops data-driven recommendations for enhancing patient care and clinical outcomes. Provides findings to internal teams to optimize plan design, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support initiatives that improve plan efficiency. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analytics Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Clinical Outcomes Analytics Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Clinical Outcomes Analytics Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.
