Consumer Loan Collector I is responsible for contacting customers with delinquent accounts. Aims to influence voluntary payment through communication, negotiation, and persuasion. Being a Consumer Loan Collector I works to obtain payments, commitment agreements, and/or establish a repayment plan. Follows set policies and procedures when determining a suitable collection solution. Additionally, Consumer Loan Collector I requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Consumer Loan Collector I works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. May require 0-1 year of general work experience.
