Continuing Education Director
Continuing Education Director directs and oversees the development, implementation, and management of the continuing education program. Develops and implements strategies to attract and retain students and faculty. Being a Continuing Education Director monitors curriculum creation and ensures all courses are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. May require a master's degree. Additionally, Continuing Education Director typically reports to senior management. The Continuing Education Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget.
