Requirements and Responsibilities

Corporate Leasing Administrator II administers and manages lease agreements for an organization's office, retail, industrial, or warehouse spaces. Liaises with leasers or property managers to address questions, concerns, or facilitate maintenance or repairs. Being a Corporate Leasing Administrator II utilizes and maintains electronic systems or databases to document and monitor lease agreements, dates, and terms and ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Monitors and verifies rent payments and lease-related expenses to ensure timely payments and alignment with contracted terms. Additionally, Corporate Leasing Administrator II coordinates lease renewals and terminations and negotiates favorable lease terms to support business objectives. Reviews lease agreements to ensure the organization's operations are compliant and permitted by the lease terms. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Corporate Leasing Administrator II works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline.
