Builds and maintains relationships with elected officials, staff, and industry coalitions to support policy goals. Additionally, Corporate Lobbyist communicates policy risks, opportunities, and outcomes to executive leadership and internal stakeholders. Ensures all lobbying activities comply with applicable disclosure, ethics, and registration requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Corporate Lobbyist works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization.
